The Freeride World Tour goes to Russia this week. Word is, they have pushed the event forward due to weather! Strange, but apparently the weather window out there is small! In any case, to prep you for the event we’ve compiled a few videos from year’s past. With the untimely passing of one of the top up-and-coming freeskiers, we thought it would be an appropriate tribute to feature this video of Ryan Hawks and friends shredding his home mountain of Mad River Glen. Although it is hard to find comfort in a time like this, watching Ryan in this video certainly does somehow help you realize how much passion, energy and skill he had.
