Stevens Pass recently held a junior IFSA event in honor of one of the founding fathers of competitive big mountain freeskiing, the late Jim Jack. These young kids crush it, and do it in the spirit of Jim Jack. This will get you stoked!

OK, it’s the middle of January. Depending on where you live, you may be able to complain about high pressure, cold temperatures, shallow snowpacks etc. You most likely can’t complain about sun cups or 5 mile dirt approaches. With that being said, we take you away from your January mindset and into skiing in the summer. Brody Leven climbs/skis some PNW volcanoes and reminds us what it’s like in the warmer months…

The Dubsatch boys take us along on their storm chasing road trip to Mt. Baker last winter. Is there anything better than packing up the car with your buddies and ski gear, only to spend a few days choking on faceshots and tossing tons of high fives? Nope, probably not…

The Dubsatch Collective team just dropped their trailer from their new upcoming short film called ‘Baker’. We are assuming this was exclusively shot at and around Mt. Baker so we are stoked for it to come out! This looks to be another awesome short film from the Dubsatch Collective crew.

We may not be very park-centric here at Earlyups, but that doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate or follow the park scene.
